How to use it

Choose the first and last date of the period.
Enter any holidays to exclude, separated by spaces, using YYYY-MM-DD.
Read the inclusive weekday count after Saturdays, Sundays and entered holidays are removed.

Method

The calculator walks from the start date through the end date inclusively. Monday through Friday count as workdays unless the date exactly matches an entered YYYY-MM-DD holiday.

Worked example

Monday 24 August through Friday 28 August counts as 5 business days. Enter 2026-08-26 as a holiday and the result becomes 4.

Limits to know

Saturday and Sunday are always treated as weekends. Public holidays are not added automatically, and alternative workweeks or partial working days are not supported.
