Method

The entered wall-clock time is interpreted in the selected named time zone, converted to one UTC instant and then formatted in each destination zone with the browser's time-zone rules.

Worked example

09:00 in New York can appear as 14:00 in London in winter, but seasonal clock changes can alter that difference during parts of the year.

Limits to know

Nine named zones are available. Times skipped or repeated during daylight-saving transitions can be invalid or ambiguous, so confirm critical meetings close to a clock change.
